Return Policy

Return Policy for Refunds and exchanges

We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order with the original invoice for a full refund or exchange. However shipping charges are not refundable except if the return is a result of our error (ex. you received an incorrect item).

* Once you decided to return the product, you have to log in to your account to request a RMA #(Return Merchandise  Authorization Number) for the returning item. Other wise, we do not accept your return.

Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories. We cannot accept returns of item that is returned more than 14 days of receiving your order. 15% ~ 30% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error.

Most items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
  • All return items must be in new condition otherwise we will charge you 30% of original price for restocking fee.
  • All Shipping back to OhMyBeauty.com is paid for by the customer.
  • Some products will be labeled "No Return." These products need to be returned to manufacture only. OhMyBeauty.com will not accept or be responsible for any defect or incompatibility issues with these products. All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult Manufacturer's website for compatibility and technical Specifications before placing or finalizing the order.
  • If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
  • If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at info@ohmybeauty.com. All claims must be made within 14 days after receipt of shipment.

Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.

  • Products were used. 
  • Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
  • Products with any standard certification labels removed.
  • Products or packages with barcode label removed .
  • Products with PART NUMBER which does not match PART NUMBER on invoice.
  • Torn or punctured tape seals.

* You must process your return within 14 days after receipt of shipment.
